🛒 Returns

  • You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

💵 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at RespawnXCo@outlook.com.
